Founded 10 years ago by Managing Director Dotun Olaleye, FCCA, Tridan has grown from a finance consultancy into a multidisciplinary firm with a team of over 15 expert consultants and dedicated support professionals. Our combined expertise allows us to provide a broad range of services—from finance and governance to IT, cyber security, project delivery, and data analytics.
Over the past decade, we have proudly supported more than 100 schools and academies across England, worked with two London Local Authorities, the Greater London Authority (GLA), and served as a trusted subcontractor for one of the UK’s leading accounting firms for the past eight years.

2015
Tridan Business Concepts Ltd founded by Dotun Olaleye, focusing on finance consultancy for educational institutions.
2016
Delivered international consultancy projects in the Middle East, expanding our global reach.
2017
Expanded services to include governance and internal audit support for Multi-Academy Trusts.
2017
Provided IT infrastructure set-up, including access control, CCTV, and telephony systems, for a new build school in Tower Hamlets.
2017 to Present
Serving as a subcontractor to one of the UK’s top accounting firms for public sector audit and consultancy services.
2018
Began partnerships with two London Local Authorities and the Greater London Authority (GLA).
